| 1. Find the font style.
2. Type your text in white and adust the Horizontal Tracking and Horizontal width of the text to make the letters compress together.
3. Arch the text with the Warp Text Tool and vary the Bend, Horizontal and Vertical Distortion to tast.
4. Vary the font size and add baseline shifts to indivdual letters as desired.
5. Copy the font to a new layer Rasterize the bottom layer.
6. Switch to the top layer and add Layer style stroke to ceate a black outline.
7. Switch to the bottom layer, use transform to enlarge and nudge the text to peek out below the black outline and you have your outer white.
8. Add noise to taste.
