At the risk of being called a noob for offering criticism, I don't particularly like it. I think the red bit just doesn't work with the rest of the pic.
It would look better static with just the black, green and white (in my opinion ).

So... 4/10

i take it well, just not when random people who know nothing about photoshop (not saying i know alot) leave comments like, "it's ok i guess" or "i dont like the background i dont like the picture but i like the redness"

I'm gonna hit the museums and start issuing fines to ppl appreciating nice art if they don't know how to mask and change layer blending modes..... Look out if they don't know what the dodge and burn tools are!!!
