i am new to cs3 and need the basics

a few years ago i was able to ps without problems now that im out im hangin can anyone set up an idioits guide to cs3 and now that i am testing it cs4

to be most accurate i cant figure out how to blend 2 seperate images
or evn 13
i have to learn this
i hate programming

i do programming for a site and i see the need there for good tuts that are easy to follow and are consisce
everything from the basic to the most advanced
and so far i found that if i slow down i do get what is being said but stil most tuts miss a few key sections
i am using cs3 and some old commands wont fit on it so maybe a prog spefcific tag would help others
best guess is a competition to see who can make ps cs2 v10 for retards
