| If you have not merged the layers, you can sometimes use the liquify tool to realign part of the image. I have better luck, changing the masks to hide/reveal portions of the image to shift the joint line to a natural break in the image. I also use the clone tool to help hide some joints.
Did you let PS pick the stitching method or did you choose one? I find that sometimes I get better results picking cylindrical or another of the options.
The best way to create a successful panorama, is to get a tripod mount that has a panorama head to allow you to find the nodal point for a lens and to level the camera for your shot.
