The site also has a free plugin to help with the animation.

It automates tasks and assists in making complicated effects.

Everthing under your filter pull-down menu is a plug-in.

There are a lot of free and pay plug-ins available for photoshop that do all kinds of neat things.

For windows the correct path for plug-ins is C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS3\Plug-Ins\"directory you create".

Make a directory under plug-ins and unzip the files you download into that directory. When photoshop starts up it reads all the files in the plug-in directory structure and will include the plugin under the filter pull-down menu.
