I need help - Step by step tutorial - How to add head to nude body

Hi guys,

I am actually hoping if somebody here can teach me the very basic of photoshop,
I am not just a beginner I completely have no idea whatsoever of photoshop and is having lots of question.
I think it`s gonna be a lot of chain questionsss so I`ll start with the first one.

Assuming i wanted to create a fake picture, say putting someones else head onto some nude body
What type or which photoshop application I should install on my pc?

Appreciate if you guys could list down (if not too much) the type of software i could use.

normaly i just use what is already in photoshop for chops
there are tuts on here for it but most require some knowledge of the program
i have a copy ef the photoshop classroom ebook on disk that i can hot for you to download its full of tips and simple instructions for cs3 but its pretty much the same for all versions
