Sounds simple enough, if all you're after is how to replace Zoro's image with your image. I don't have any tutorials handy, but i imagine they would merely tell you to select the area of zoro's picture using the polygonal lasso, which you then delete. After which, you could place your picture on a layer behind the wanted poster and position it however you want. That may be difficult to follow if you're new to photoshop or don't have photoshop... but like i say, i have no tutorials.

Are you asking for a tutorial on how to make your face look cartoony? If so, that's going to be more difficult... unless you can draw like Oda.

hmm i'll try that but i want to make my face look just like a manga character, not a real life picture..hmm i hav basic about photohop n used it for a long time oredi..hope some1 can help me how to edit my real life picture into manga version..haha
