I haven't been here for a while but now im back! I love u guys ya are great help..
I was wondering if ya could help me with these, I kno that there are alot of eye tutorials but most of them have light eyes usually blue or green... n so i was wondering wat if you have dark brown eyes how do u change that to another color even to a blue or green...
I also wanted to kno whats the best way to put a tatoo on a person with any kind of image and that it will look real either all blk or with color! and last but not least how do u do a matricks effect! like the green symbols coming down! thanks alot u guys for taking ur time to help in return i will post up my results so ya can send pic or post em up here and i will try it with those! also if ya need some examples of what i am talking about please let me kno!

The easiest way would be to select the part of the eye you want changed either with the pen tool or lasso tool or whatever and then adjust the hue/saturation until you get the color you want.

There are other ways, but that is probably the simplest.
