I need some raindrops

The way I need them is where they look like they are falling toward you. Almost like you're looking up at them. It'll be for a black pen drawing, so no color except gray tones (it'll be the background). I've played around with it and just can't get it.

You could try this (did it in 5 mins while trying out CS3 so it's not great stuff):

Add some monochromatic noise on a black background
Scale it up
Apply a zoom blur (radial blur)
etc...








Now reps! kthnxbye...
