How to improve this photo?

I was using Manual & took this photo and it came out like this.







How do I improve it?

why'd you take a picture of a small blue question mark?

some may interpret that picture as a red X, but I see a blue question mark.

To improve on that photo, I have to adjust the Brightness and Hue.

But I haven't done anything to it yet.

Is that enough?

My photo was too large & I wanted to Edit it & re-size to 640 x 480 or 65%.

How come my Edit icon is gone from my post?

No, that photo 1387 as in post 1 is the original. I haven't done anything yet.

What I was confused is this:-

Just below the photo there is always EDIT-- QUOTE icon but my EDIT icon is gone but this do not happen in my other posts.

Oh Yeah, that. Editing is closed after a short while. Your other posts are probably newer posts. I cant edit post that I made earlier today.

it's a time thing. Users can't edit their own posts after x hours.

Mods can, so if you need something changed that can't be addressed in a quote function, let us know.

I had done some improvement works-cropping & adjusting the brightness & hue and this is the best I can do.
