you could clone it or look up the kind of car it is and try to find another like it and in the same position and switch the doors

I played around with the patch tool for about 5 min. and got this much done.

I think if you spent enough time on it, you could probably get it pretty close to back to normal but it would take a lot of work.

Assuming you cannot shoot the other side of the car and mirror a shot to this side or some other replacement issue, you might want to consider adding an object to help hide some of the worst damage. This could save a lot of edit time. This is a one minute down and dirty slap paste up to show an example.
