Try unsharp masking. Also there's a program (free plugin) by Topaz that will help de-jpg a pic...and there's another plugin called Sharpenz (found here: http://www.ellies-treasures.com/reso...resources.html)..... It allows you to sharpen by small degrees instead of the standard sharpening in ps & psp.
