$30 logo generation contest!!

I am looking for someone to provide me with a logo for an up and coming business I am starting. It is a real estate company that will eventually market to higher end clients so a classy upscale logo would be preferred. The company name is Success Partners LLC. Some slogan with the logo might be useful as well. Also incorporating some sort of real estate image would also be nice. Main idea is to come up with a clean and professional looking logo. Is this for a website?...Any specific colors?

And when you say."Some slogan with the logo might be useful as well...' Can you be a bit more specific?
I mean, what is your company slogan....? Ie "You're in good hands with Allstate"...or "So easy a caveman can do it"...etc.
