sig request - tyrone biggums

im pretty new to photoshop and the sigs ive mad look pretty garbage compared to what ive seen on here. i was hoping someone could make me a sig using a picture of tyrone biggums (from dave chappelle show)

It should say "I Smoke Rocks!" somewhere on it, and my username (from another site) "ScottyKnows". I dont really have any ideas on what it should look like, so just go crazy with it i guess. thanks.

sorry i didnt specify anything. thats a perfect size. animated would be nice. a cool font in blue. and i like the idea of him being in an alley or something like that. i like that one, but if u guys got some free time, i wouldnt mind seeing others. thanks.
