Angle/blur of the picture

I want to use this background


I chopped this mask onto this straight jacket


What i want to so is have the person pciture smal in background on the left and then another pic btu bigger the angle of the wall thw whole way up to front where it would be clear.


1stly, how do i angle the person the angle of the wall or is it posible,
2nd How will i blur image, including background from backgroudn to foreground?
3rd Is ther a way of 'roughen up picture of person, seems to clear for the background?

Ideas

If you use the transform-distort tool you will be able to warp the person to match some angles in the shot.

You can copy your person layer after distorting and blur the image to suit. If you want to blur a portion of the image, mask out the front so the sharp image in front is visible. Use the gradient tool in the mask for smooth transitions. You can also vary the transparency of the layers to fine tune.

To add texture, I would dup the person layer and add texture via the texutrizer or noise filters and then play with the blend modes of the layer or adjust the transparency. I think I would do this step after image placement and prior to trying to apply the blur.

also keep in mind that the background has a lot of shadows and different light sources so you may need to make an brightness/contrast layer w/ a layer mask to darken the figures or lighten... whatever is in need for where you place them. or you could just make a new layer and with the right blending mode... maybe darken or overlay... just paint on the new layer where you think shadows would be in black and shades of grey.
