you need to use the "color selection" tool.

click select then color selection

sample a few shades of green, then adjust the slider bar.
this might take a few tries to get it right.

then once you have a good selection outline of the logo, drag it onto a new .psd file that is the size you want.

then click on "select" then "transform selection" to adjust the size of the selection.

then paint it green.

then click on "blending options" and go to "bevel and emboss" to get the right look for it.

A vector based file can be upsized to any amount and keep the quality. I ran the file thru vectormagic.com and generated this .eps file. It is a flat two color file that it did a pretty good job of conversion. If you have Illustrator, you could tweak it a little and add the bevel, emboss and shadow and have a vector option.

I was thinking the same thing. It has to be vector to be printed that big. Does vectormagic give similar results like Illustrator Live Trace?

Haven't compared. They were still doing the conversion for free, but are shifting toward a paid service. I will stop using them when they do. Everything we have ever used, takes some adjustment to the finished image. In the past, I found it was better to just do my own trace. That is slowly changing, but I am not convinced it is still not better most of the time.
