shoddy cameraphone picture

Hey guys,

Do any of you know a filter or technique to clean up this picture?

Damn, thats pretty bad. Mine always come out fuzzy like that too but usually not that bad.

Seems like I saw something about cleaning these up a few days ago somewhere, I'll try to find it.

I think it was taken in night mode, which just aggrevates the problem.

wow that is one of the hardest things to fix

um
you could try and fill in a new layer with 50% grey

but i would ask pelican if he is ever on again he is the best at that stuff

o and you could try the despeckle tool you cant use it too much cause it starts to look smudgey

I wounld go to my channels and use a SURFACE BLUR on each channel. Using theshold hold you see fit on each one
