Help with an avatar.

Its me again!

Ok what im looking for this time is an avatar, This is the rough size i am looking for...


Its going to be based around the GTA San Andreas police, you could google it for some ideas of colors or pictures.

And underneath in some for of nice looking font (just pick one that you think suits the overall image) if it could just say "SAPD"

I realize i have not gone into much detail on what im looking for but that gives you the rough outline, ill let you (the pros) see what you can come up with.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
