Could sum1 please photoshop this picture for me, I would appreciate it! I would like for it to kind of look like the second pic. I want it 2 have a dreamy effect, with longer eyelashes, && my name Salina on it. Thanks in advance!

Fixed it up as best as I could for a cell phone image.

i hope you like this... they are 2 diff save files one is a .jpeg & the 2nd is a .png

your right i did now right click your image save as & do the same on my .png image & look at the eyes / hair

i did use your copy & all i did was add some more light into the image but blah blah is all i hear

also this is how i made the dreamy FX

dup the layer , gausian bur set to 4.0 then lighten layer merge layers. do the same as above but set bur to 2.4 then lighten set lighten to 40% or %80 then merge layer... now go filter sharpen / sharpen
now save it as a .png witch i like the best or a .jpeg

& there you have it easy simple dreamy FX

I don't mind if you build on my work and make an improvement. Just credit me for the original retouch and say you fixed it up a bit more. And thanks for the tutorial!

n/p enjoy & you did do a good job i just felt like doing a few more added filter & layer fx's

also the tut that i posted works best on nature photos ill do a big write up with images in a bit check back in 15-30mins or even less in the tut section
