can someone make me a banner?

size: 450x160

i want set of aces on it (theres 4 aces). put some effect on pic, dark background, some sharp lines on it. make it to look good and cool.
and my nick on it.

can someone make that?

but i have to admit i am learning more here so i am getting smoother in my work
