i accidentally posted this is in the wrong section the first time, apparently. but can anyone help me out on how to get the white effect thats around miller? I wanna use it, but I dont know how to do it. thanks.

If you are talking about the white around the text, it appears to be a smoke brush or smoke-like effect. Smudging white on a layer behind the the text with some blurring. Is that what you are trying to re-create?

I think he's refferring to all the white,... all the "vapor" looking white,.. smudge tool,.. and alot of patience.
