Yay! More color changing!

Hey...this color change is a little complicated...
First, here's the picture I'd like to change:


Next, what I want:
I'd like to plume to be maroon instead of blue, and I'd like the helmet to be white instead of silver...but that emblem and the chain going around the helmet should remain silver. To give you an idea of what shade of maroon I want and what the helmet should look like in white, look below:

Any takers? Seriously...the more important part for me is getting the helmet white. If it makes it easier, don't worry about messing with the colors of the silver chain and emblem on the helmet...if those turn white too, I can fix that myself. But I don't know how to get something silver to look like it's white...so please help! Anyone!
