i need a cool looking userbar for the forum im on the forum is called www.sythe.org
its a runescape forum (idfc if you think im a nerd)
anyways can someone make me a runescape related userbard preferably one with some animation and it should say BlingBling (first word i saw when i registerd)

WTF is a userbar anyway?

I clicked both those links and neither one showed me wtf they are.

the first link is a forum and since I dont know what I'm supposed to be looking for, I couldn't find what I was looking for.

the second link is a download of some sort and I didn't download it.

It's a sig. Skinny version. Some forums won't allow sigs(sizes get outrageous) but will let you use a userbar because they usually weigh in under 5k.
