extract text and change a word

The background is not important but the empahsis is on 'record techno' and 3 dashes each side is what I would like, and the shiny metal effect, but with the words "STRICTLY TECHNO" instead of 'record techno'

Going to need it high quality if that possible cos some will be printed too.

CD cover and background can just be gotten rid of,

I usually just say png if people ask that.. unless they're attempting animation. Mainly for colour quality reasons.

It could, but would take a fair bit of work.
