I also see we had 2 teams drop and picked up 2 new teams.

Jeff Yeager (My Balls Your Chin) & Justin Remington (Remi's Big Ballers) dropped and were replaced by Mike Perkins (post404snipers) & Ethan Hermosa (BALL'IN).

How does that work?

Well those are the rules, just hope you get your wavier picks in before other people.... its not about the first wave on waviers its staying active all year and grabbing players EVERYWEEK, thats how you win.

They must have dropped out before the draft and two other people joined. No one can drop out after a team has been drafted. But they can not show up and be crap.... But that comes with and fantasy sport.

Do you understand how waviers work? For example "HardwoodBallers" gets first dibs, BUT he only gets one trasaction then it goes down the list.

its not like he can grab 4 players and then it goes to the next person. it's one at a time...

Does any of this pertain to "waivers"?

Are the players I'm dropping being put on waivers?
The players I am trying to pick up are free agents. I would assume the current waiver order (I'm 10th) would have nothing to do with my actions unless someone above me wants a player I am trying to sign. Correct?

yes unless some one else grabs them before you (again one at a time) you should get them....
