%$# POS kept loosing connection and I had to plug in an old keyboard to login. Stomped that bitch into submission and resolved my hardware issue.

Effective Computer Skills.

They replaced the Bluetooth receiver once after it went bad and every time windows updated it would lose connection. Sometimes you get to the point where you are really done with a faulty piece of hardware. I just put a little extra emphasis on this one.

I can't speak for the keyboard, but I have a Logitech wireless mouse for my laptop and I am not exaggerating, I have dropped this thing no less than 50 times on my hardwood floor and the cover busts open but all I do is put back together and it works like brand new. I have a Microsoft wireless mouse before that and it lost connection even though it was 3 inches from my laptop.

Now that would be really frustrating. Receipt? Remembering where I got it? Screw that. I did send the pic to the folks at logitech so they could close my case number. LOL

I really could not afford any more lost time dealing with it and I feel so much better knowing I will never deal with it again.
