Fastest way to convert MOV to AVI

for the ABSOLUTE easiest. you should use quicktime.

open the video. click, file then export and use the drop down to select "avi".

damn it I hate .mov.

Winavi is a good program, it converts many file types in to AVI, DVD, VCD and so on
