Wow, this seems like a good deal for a mini laptop. I haven't got one because I use my lappy as my main cp, but for those always on the go, this might come in handy.. I got this in an email from Sam's this a.m., so thought I would share.

buy.com has some ridiculous deals for under $499. They're refurbs, but have a good warranty. Check those, and the dell.com/outlet site as well.

speaking of the fukcing iphone, I am on hold with tech support trying to get my son's to update and sync with itunes without having to do a hard reset that will loose all his data.

and I am listening to their mexican music-on hold while they transfer me to tier 2 support. :WTF:

mac has had a lot of problems with synching these days. their servers are having certificate problems left and right, which fucks with the cert store on the devices. It has screwed up the .me users royally. I've had a few docs that have lost all the data on their iphones, and we have to hard sync and reset.

does he have MobileMe? it's worth it, honestly. Everything is kept on the mac servers and you can sync multiple devices for around $100/year.

I think I got him covered in the non-mac world. But his phone does look like it will be taking the dirt re-set nap. Never thought I would see an apple product that would make microsoft look smart.
