youtube referral spam

Whats up with the recent barrage of youtube refferal spam? Is this some new trend?
usually we only get referral spam from p0rn or v1agra sites but recently its been mostly from crappy youtube videos.

Anyone else getting a lot of this?

They are fake sites that say they have all these pr0n videos
and want you to register..
