Hi, I'm Draxonfly, but you can call me Drax.

I live in NSW Australia, and i was born in 1976...

I really like cg and the stuff people do with images on the PC, i find it amazing.

I have been a Paint Shop Pro 8 user for a while, and not long ago i switched to PhotoShop CS3...
It is a bit different, but it seams to be the main program (photoshop) that people use so I though I better get on the band wagon..

I am not real good at it, but I learn a little everytime I have a go at it....

I just recently got a tablet for my b-day, only a cheap one Genius G-Pen 560, It was only a cheap one (tablet wise) and i am still getting the hang of it... (been ill, so i haven't had much of a go yet)...

Anyway, nice to meat you all, hopefully I will fit in here, I don't usually post a real lot at forums, but i am a big lurker.. hehe...
Hopefully i will be able to learn a tone of stuff from ya's...

If there is anything you want to know of me, feel free to ask

Oh and please excuse any bad grammar and spelling I have.. it was never a strong point for me.. sorry...

Welcome, Drax! Feel free to come on in, show us anything you've done, etc. Ask for help, too, 'cause we're a friendly crew. I'm guessing you'll be a part of our "night crew", since prolly 70% of chopz is from The States.

I am going through the tutorials diceman, they look good so far.. Usually takes me a few reads before they sink in for me..

I don't know who that is Vegeto, but it sure does look like he needs a laxative..

I will probably be a bit of both KrushR, 'night' and 'day' .. I am a Stay at home Dad, my daughter is 6, and in kindergarten. When she is at school, i like to dabble on my PC...

So do ya's also do other photoshop stuff here, like sig's and fancy stuff like that, or is it mainly cutting/chopping images and pasting them type thing?

I have a few images up on my my space page, but i havent updated it in a while.. looking to improve and have a place to chat about imaging in general.. this place seams to be it so far..

yeah, we do a lot of all kinds of chops here. everything from cut and paste silly stuff to the more serious, realistic looking stuff. look through the gallery and you'll see an array of things from one end to the other.

if you don't mind me asking, you said you've been lurking the site for a while, how does it look to someone who's a visitor?

Site looks fine, forums look and work normally, like most, which is good makes it easy to use...
The main site looks good, the 'resize' squares in the corner of the sections got me a few times.. lol...

I noticed the main page is going thought updates??

Been looking through the gallery, lots of cool stuff.. How do ya go about getting a bit of space in it?

i check out ur myspace and u got some pretty good things going there.

whats the ablum that says warrior? u make that stuff?

Warrior? you mean the warhammer TT one? If ya do, that is Warhammer stuff. warhammer is a Table Top (TT) miniature collector game, made by Games workshop, where you get these little 'miniatures' and put them together and paint them yourself..
Then you can have table top wargames with them if you like.. I am more into just painting and converting them... I want to get an army going one day..
