OK...what are you trying to do? You're likely being a bit hard on yourself. What program(s) do you have and what is your experience in said program(s)? Do you have some examples of your work? What is the sound of one hand clapping? Welcome to chopz.

Find & follow tutorials.
Always use the highest quality sources you can find.
Have an idea of what you want to accomplish and don't stop trying until you are satisfied.
Post your work someplace and ask for honest critiques and don't get all pissed off when you get them.
Your 1st stuff is gonna be less than excellent.
Don't expect miracles over night. Some people have worked years to get to where they can make believable chopped images.
And lastly, be your own worst critic.

Thanks I'm trying to learn the GIF animation at the moment specifically for CS3

Create an Animated Gif in CS3. - Mac-Forums.com

So it sounds straight forward but when I try it I run into problems like how to add the 2nd sequence frame. The author explains it as if you're familiar with the program already.
