Ok, here is the requested tutorial on removing angelina jolie's mouth.
In this video I'll show you how to use the healing brush, the patch tool and the pattern maker. Its a 3 in 1 video tutorial extravaganza.

My attempt worked out pretty well, considering It's not the best stock peice one could use for something like this. And then I went overboard and started adding all kinds of extra tripe, which didn't really work out how I planned, but by that time it was so darn late that I couldn't give a toss.

Good pass. You might want to play with using more layers for your effects. I find it gives me more freedom to clone or patch on a layer above the original and WHEN I go to far, I have not damage the original and can easily back-up. More layers, more options.

I probably used like 20 layers with image masks, so the file was frelling huge, and then I meged without taking a snapshot, so when I re-opened it, I could not undo the additions. Re-taught me a very valuable lesson, 'snapshot before each major alteration'.

Been There...LOL
Had PS3 lockup on me last week and almost lost everything cause I had not saved. Got lucky when I grabbed a screen shot that saved a flattened low res version of my file. Computers suck till you realize you could be working on canvas.

great tut!, The healing brush has always been difficult for me but i have been playing with it today after watching your tut and i think i finally got it! thanks!
